Leading a nimble team of social media managers, we developed a campaign for Neutrogena’s foundation expansion of tones by famously bringing Kerry Washington to the community of Black women who had spoken up about the brands limited range. By surprising and delighting over 30 women, personally over FaceTime and with signed letters, we pushed Kerry and Neutrogena to form a bond that still resonates today.
