Working directly with our head of technology, I directed the launch and positioning strategies for Taco Bell’s in-app loyalty program including, Taco Gifter - the first of its kind digital tool. Born of the fan insight that digital celebrations might have lost meaning but a Taco Bell taco is always worth sharing.
